Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched
• Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible
• To cancel, contact us immediately after placing your order

Refund on Cancellation

• If payment was made online, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refund will be credited to the original payment method
• COD orders — no charge if cancelled before dispatch

COD Orders

• COD available on all orders
• Orders above ₹1,000 — FREE COD delivery
• Orders below ₹1,000 — delivery charges applicable based on weight and location

Cancellation by Moarale Ayurveda

We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be processed immediately.
